Rehabilitation of a single-family home in Meirol (Mondariz)
At the beginning of 2015, we undertook the project to manage the renovation of a property consisting of several buildings located in the parish of Meirol, Mondariz. After several meetings with the owners, we began managing the project.
Our commitment as project manager is comprehensive, encompassing coordinating the work, requesting quotes from various companies to obtain the best price while meeting the owner's quality requirements, communicating the instructions issued by the quantity surveyor and architect to the professionals involved in the project, coordinating material orders and payments to suppliers after verifying the accuracy of invoices, and supervising adherence to the work plan and established deadlines. Throughout this process, we produce progress reports, accompanied by photographic documentation, to keep the owners informed of the project's development at all times.
Sixteen months after the initial contact with the owners, they are confident that their new home is exactly as they imagined it, thanks to our team's constant efforts to ensure this, and they will soon be able to enjoy it.
