REHABILITATION OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE IN MEIROL (MONDARIZ)

At the beginning of 2015 we acquired the commitment to manage the rehabilitation of a property consisting of a set of buildings located in the parish of Meirol, Mondariz. After several meetings with the owners, we started the management of the work.

Our commitment as manager of the work is extensive, since it consists of coordinating the work, requesting quotes from different companies to obtain the best price within the quality requirements of the owner, transferring to the professionals involved in the work the orders established by the quantity surveyor and the architect, coordinating the ordering of materials and payment to suppliers after reviewing the veracity of the invoices, and supervising compliance with the work plan with the established deadlines. With all this, reports on the status of the works are made, to which a photographic report is added so that the owners are always aware of the progress of the project.

After sixteen months from the beginning of the contacts with the owners, they are sure that their new home is as they really imagined, since our team ensured at all times that this was so, and soon they will be able to enjoy it.
